Paramount Coastal Designs Ltd. Looking for Studio Assistant at Victoria, BC Full Time

We are looking for a new team member to join our small, but mighty company. The qualified candidate will primarily work in our studio pulling orders, and assisting with the day-to-day projects. We offer a very flexible work schedule, and an unbeatable work environment.

This position will be based out of our Victoria studio and is an entry level position with room to grow within a dynamic, established and expanding company. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes and be responsible for a variety of duties such as:

• Able to work within a team and independently

• Assist with warehouse projects and organization

• Learn and become proficient with our picking, packing and shipping system

• Assist with any other areas of the business as necessary including, but not limited to; maintenance of inventory accuracy, working special events, etc.

• Pull ordered material from appropriate bins, receive and sequence pulled orders accurately with great attention to detail (quality control)

Requirements

• Has a positive, friendly attitude and likes helping people

• Thrives in an engaging and fun workplace

• Experience in sales or customer service a bonus

• Has ability to prioritize, plan, and multitask

• Disciplined work style with the ability to work unsupervised

• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Has some computer skills including email, web applications, and other software

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
