Job Description: The Automotive wiring Harness CAD and 2D engineer to have 3 to 5 yrs of wire harness and related components drawing experience. Should have knowledge of standard automotive connectors. Job requires release drawing to suppliers and co ordinate & support manufacturer in China.
Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university. 3 -5 years of automotive wiring design and release experience or vehicle electrical system experience. Excellent communication skills that include writing, creation and presentation quality materials and reports. Proficient in MS Office and Google suite of tools including PowerPoint, Excel and Word Preferred Requirements: Training in DFMEA DVP&R and DFSS development tools and processes. Working knowledge of CAD systems (NX, Catia). Knowledge with wiring harness drawings and specifications for automotive applications including commonly used automotive harness connectors.
