Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Retail Manager based in Brampton, ON. The Assistant Retail Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the retail operations, including managing the inventory, handling customer complaints, and assisting with sales while providing excellent customer service. The Assistant Retail Manager will also help with staff management and training, as well as creating a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the Paris Jewellers brand and values.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to provide superior customer service and manage staff effectively
- Ability to create a positive customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction
- Experience in team management and staff training
- Strong sales skills to help the business achieve its goals
- Experience in managing inventory and stock control
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Jewellery experience is an asset
- Post-secondary education in Retail Management, Business Administration or related field is preferred
