Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Park Mazda. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their automotive journey. This includes helping customers find their perfect vehicle, providing post-purchase support, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers in Sherwood Park, AB.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and Mazda products
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
