Job Description: Maintenance Lead
Reporting to the Resort/Community Manager, the Maintenance Lead will oversee and initiate maintenance and general repairs for the property, and fulfill the company’s responsibilities to its residents. Due to the nature of this position, it requires an on-site presence and does not qualify for any present or future work from home.
