Parry Sound Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. is seeking a Receptionist to join our team!
Job Duties:
- Promptly answer and direct telephone calls in a friendly, professional manner.
- Promptly greet all customers and direct to appropriate individual.
- Distribute mail/faxes and coordinate all courier pickups.
- Acquire knowledge about the dealership, in order to be able to respond to inquiries for general information.
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception area, customer waiting area and showroom.
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal skills.
- Previous experience in a reception/customer service role.
- Previous experience working in a dealership setting with basic knowledge of vehicles and maintenance requirements considered an asset.
- Ability to maintain filing systems and database.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly, enthusiastic and upbeat personality.
