We are currently seeking a talented Mid-Level Accountant to join our team and work full-time at our esteemed client, National Shunt.

Are you an ambitious Accountant with 1-5 years of experience looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a growing business? Join our team as a Mid-Level Accountant and contribute to the financial success of National Shunt. Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of financial reporting, including weekly and monthly management reporting, including reporting, analysis, and supporting forecasting activities.
• Provide support in understanding and addressing variances to forecast.
• Accurately record and process key account transactions, including vendor invoice verification and entry.
• Review and allocate costs to ensure precise weekly and monthly reporting and key account reconciliations regularly.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with cash management activities, such as aged debtor reporting and follow-up.
• Actively participate in annual year-end audits conducted by external firms.
• Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to support the finance function.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to support business growth and promote continuous improvement.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses to meet dynamic business demands.

Key Technical Skills:

• Actively pursuing CPA certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Sage, SAP, or another) is advantageous.
