Overview
The Project Manager will supply the best bespoke services in the PatSnap ecosystem, including delivering top quality training, migrations, and analytical reports to enable, empower and engage our clients.
They may assist these clients both during their initial onboarding phase, as well as sessions during the mid to late contract period which should be designed both to train clients, as well as convey and communicate the value of the PatSnap platforms. Such sessions are conducted via either direct web conferencing or larger webinar settings.
The Project Manager may also be responsible for creating Platform Services deliverables, which may include but is not limited to analytical reports, migration of patent lists, translation of searches, or other related tasks.
What You’ll be Doing:
· Drive product usage and therefore client retention by conducting in-depth training sessions, helping the client succeed in their projects. These sessions are conducted both during the initial onboarding phase as well as on an ad-hoc basis later on in the client lifecycle.
· Create analytical reports custom to each client. This includes pulling relevant data from the PatSnap platforms, analysing that data in a written presentation, and then delivering the findings to the client to help them make critical business decisions.
· Assist with migration of patent lists, translation of searches, or other related tasks.
· Create and deliver client webinars that address common platform use cases.
· Achieve high levels of quality client engagement across the entirety of the customers PatSnap contract.
· Facilitate client success by identifying needs for additional products or services and conveying these needs to the appropriate team.
· Become a ‘product champion’ with absolute knowledge of the PatSnap tools.
· Create and maintain accurate contact, activity, and risk-observation records in the CRM system and other platforms.
· Continuously build and maintain high levels of specialization in the IP and innovation intelligence market.
What You’ve Done Before:
· Living in the GTA and able to commute to the Toronto office (this is a hybrid role)
· University degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
· Previous experience in a B2B client-facing role
· You’re meticulous in your approach to managing all aspects of your professional life.
