A reputed Transport company is seeking a Jr. System Administrator with excellent communication skills. The individual should be able to assist in all aspects of IT related solutions. The individual should be able to work at a fast pace and multitask. Reporting directly to Management, the Jr. System Administrator will ensure proper operations of the IT systems so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes basic troubleshooting, administration, and system management. The IT System Administrator will also help support all on-site staff in order to maintain business continuity. * Experience with MS Office 365 * Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, network drives, etc. * Experience with cloud environment * In-depth understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and supporting principles * Understanding of IT security concepts and basic understanding of Firewall and Endpoint Security * Basic Networking experience and understanding of underlying principles such a TCP/IP, Subnetting * Must display initiative and leadership qualities, especially customer-oriented focus * Experience with TMW Truckmate would be an asset * Experience with SQL and ERP would be an asset * Possess the ability to manage your time effectively and work in high-stress environments Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related
- 2 Years experience in an advanced IT role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft-based software
- Advanced knowledge of Virtualized environments
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Works well in a team setting
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver quality solutions within assigned timeline with minimal to no supervision
- Effective communication skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask
