Clinic Assistant Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients by name upon arrival.
- Patient communication (phone and email).
- Scheduling appointments.
- Collecting and recording patients’ personal and medical information and maintain confidentiality.
- Collecting payment for treatments rendered. This includes verifying payment methods, including patients’ health insurance coverage.
- Ensuring that the reception room and other common areas remain in excellent condition at all times.
- Tracking inventory.
- Preparing treatment rooms prior to appointments, as needed.
- Administering screening assessments (such as Covid-19 screenings) as needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: From $15.50 per hour
