Pegah Construction Looking for Accounts Payable at Toronto, ON Full Time

– Develop, analyze, interpret and provide internal distribution of financial information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability and performance against budget.

– Maintain accurate and timely Cash flow data, both current and forecasted as compared to projected Cash Flow assumed in Financial Model.

– Work closely with Project Manager in preparing monthly progress invoices to Owner/Consultant for work performed during the month

– Provide direct financial communication with all required parties including Subcontractors, internal Financing department and project team.

– Prepare monthly draws to lending institutions in conjunction with loan facilities arranged for each project if required.

– Manage mainly accounts payable, help in accounts receivables, revenue accounting, management information in Jonas.

– Analyze and ensure accurate collection, preparation and integrity of accounting/financial data including invoices, billings and vendors contracts.

– Assist in filing government remittances such as HST, WSIB, and Taxes.

– Other relevant accounting tasks.

-Experience with Jonas Premier is would be an asset.
