Customer Service Representative (9 month contract)

If so we need to talk to you. Pella Windows & Doors of Ontario is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Mississauga office. This is a 9-month contract position. We need an organized, proactive, adaptable individual who is focused on customer satisfaction while achieving business goals. We provide a respectful, friendly, fast paced and fun work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing quality customer service to internal and external customers daily via telephone, email, web service request, fax, or in-person communication. This position is responsible for ensuring all customer service calls and requests are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining a customer-focused attitude. Assigned teams and tasks will vary based on business necessity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma, plus two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is required. Prior experience with power tools is required (i.e. table saw, circular or miter saw, pneumatic nail gun, power drill etc.) Remodeling and/or window and door replacement experience is a plus.
