Overview
Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Calgary office is recruiting for a Sr. Analyst, Customer Service to join the team. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Service in the Natural Gas Liquids Business Unit (NBU), part of Pembina’s Facilities Division.

The Sr. Analyst, Customer Service will work as a part of the NBU Customer Service and Logistics Teams, as well as in cross-functional teams throughout the Pembina organization. The primary responsibilities, deliverables, and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Summary of Responsibilities
o NGL supply and operations forecasting models;
o Pro forma models for NGL business opportunities; and
o Ad hoc models.
o Monthly score card reports (Customer Service & Logistics);
o Bi-weekly supply and demand reports; and
o Weekly customer service updates.
Qualifications
o Pro forma financial projections;
o Project economics; and
o Alternatives analysis.
