Duties
Working with multiple clients to help improve their business, engagement and HR offerings through providing hands on HR services, products and solutions
Providing recruitment services from start to finish
Provide HR administrative support
Supporting the team in developing HR products and services through striving for innovative, modern and best practice offerings
Assisting the Business Development Manager in gaining new clients through building relationships and networking with the business community
Requirements
2-5 years of human resources experience
Business degree with HR major or focus
Must be willing to work at various locations, including home, office and client offices
Experience leading and managing various HR projects and recruitment projects
CPHR and/or RPR is an asset
Must be tech-savvy using various business software, web based products and App solutions. We are a paperless organization and are always looking for technology-based solutions to help streamline our processes for efficiencies
