OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
As Technical Recruiter I, you will report to PER’s Managing Director.
An opportunity to join PER as a Technical Recruiter working remotely with, primarily, our North American clients. The work is focused around the concept of “Productive Calls”: these can be Screening Calls arranged by the Sourcing Team, Calibration Calls with the Sourcing Team, calling Candidates about Interview Availability or cold calling Candidates (LinkedIn and email also work).
The Screening Calls (technical video consultations) are for candidates based primarily in North America that have been arranged for you by our resourcers. After your consultations, you will submit the candidates that you think suitable for the clients’ requirements.
You will sit in with the Managing Director on Client calls to gain feedback on the Candidates and you will be responsible for managing the Candidate-side of the Interview Process, including scheduling of interviews, until handover to the Deal Team.
Based on the insight from the client calls and discussions with the Recruitment Manager, you will lead role-specific Calibration Calls with the Sourcing Team to improve their Profiling Score for your roles.
When not conducting Screening Calls, arranging Interviews, and conducting Calibration Calls, you will source Candidates directly, principally, over phone but also over email and LinkedIn.
At the End-of-Day, you will submit your daily report detailing which candidates you submitted, passed pending CV, and failed. Your daily reports will be reviewed the following day and you will be notified if you need to send further candidates out.

COMPENSATION AND OTHER BENEFITS
We benchmark our salaries to the local market and pay above market rate and aggressive commission structure giving our Technical Consultants the chance to realistically double their basic.
