Performance Mercedes-Benz is actively seeking a Sales Consultant . The successful candidate would be an enthusiastic, goal driven individual with a positive attitude. The Sales Consultant is responsible for the sales operations of the dealership, ensuring that all key sales objectives are met. You will motivate and develop a winning team, providing the motivation for increased sales and exceptional customer service levels. You possess a superior business intellect, responding quickly and effectively to marketplace dynamics by creating strategies that will ensure the dealership’s continued success.

Here’s What You’ll Deliver

• Deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions, give all customers consideration and respect, understand their needs, and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Answer Customer Service phone calls relating to car sales inquiries and keeping them informed with vehicle delivery and pick up.
• Ensure customer car quotes are competitive and reasonable.
• Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
• Read, understand, and adhere to all rules, regulations and procedures as required by the employer, and in compliance with the requirements and regulations of the
• Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).

What You Need To Succeed

• Grade 12 or GED
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of automotive sales experience required, luxury sales experience an asset.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License and good driving record.
• May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable with contacting guests over the phone and email.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Team Oriented with a positive attitude.
• OMVIC certification is required.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $60,000-120,000 per year
