Key Responsibilities:
Fill the necessary sales pipeline to support the sales financial targets. This role is accountable for monitoring the overall pipeline and filling the marketing sourced part of it, to appropriate levels
Execute a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales and business strategy
Execute integrated regional campaigns that involve digital marketing (Social, PPC, SEM etc.), email marketing, direct mail marketing, and various other channels
Accountable for planning and hosting (online and offline) events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships
Deliver support to regional events as determined by sales managers and teams (event messaging as needed, driving agenda development and any event localization needs)
Use our content management tools to build landing pages and create email campaigns (for events, webinars, blog posts, content, etc.)
Assist regional sales team as needed, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving leads and MQLs
Assists with regional new product launches, coordinating and interlocking with global teams and regional teams
Engage with sales teams to coordinate and maximize the impact of marketing activities
Ensure regional marketing activities are aligned with business objectives, messaging, and corporate brand
The candidate will spend time in the field to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities in target markets and with key growth products.
Support various other marketing projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, the sciences (must have communications experience if degree in the sciences).
3 + years of experience in Marketing communications.
Preferred Qualifications
Solid skills using a variety of computer programs including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
Knowledge of SEM, PPC, landing page practices, Google Analytics, Salesforce, CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal skills, copy write skills a plus
A can-do attitude and ability to multi-task
Sales experience a plus.
Master’s degree is a plus
Strong project management skills and an adaptive and flexible attitude. To be successful, the candidate will need to flex with the needs of the business while ensuring that project objectives are completed along planned timelines
General knowledge of life science and/or analytical technologies and their markets is a plus
Strong team player, able to work across boundaries
Work under pressure and balance multiple priorities
Travel Requirement
