*Demand Generation Marketing Manager* Full Time – Remote (Ontario, British Columbia) *Job Description* Come grow with us! Top Producer Software (owned by Perseus Group, Constellation Software, Inc. TSX: CSI) is looking for an experienced and driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and play a key role in generating qualified leads for our inside sales team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase lead volume and quality, and support the achievement of forecast customer acquisition goals. The ideal candidate will be an experienced SaaS digital marketer with the technical skills required for developing, setting up, and optimizing demand-generation campaigns using paid search, display, video, and paid social channels. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who is data-driven, enjoys complex problem-solving, and excels at owning the process from beginning to end. In this role, you will join a small and passionate team responsible for the overall marketing of the Top Producer brand. You will be primarily responsible for campaign planning and execution. We’re looking for a self-motivated driver focused on constant improvement and always finding new and innovative ways to optimize current tactics and generate demand for Top Producer products. Top Producer was initially based in Vancouver, BC, with team members across North America, including British Columbia, Ontario, and Washington State. This is a remote work opportunity for candidates in British Columbia and Ontario. *Responsibilities* * Develop and manage paid search, display, video (e.g., YouTube), and paid social (Facebook, TikTok) campaigns and programs * Take ownership of accounts on search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing), social media (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) * Identify new opportunities for growth, including new channels, tactics, targeting, messaging, and creative and work collaboratively across marketing, and sales to launch them * MQL and SQL tracking and attribution down to the campaign/keyword level * Perform ongoing keyword research (discovery, expansion, and optimization) * Work closely with the content team to leverage content produced by them in campaigns * Maximize our ROI and brand consistency/presence in the channels you are responsible for * Manage and maintain relevant marketing dashboards and KPIs to ensure all marketing initiatives are properly tracked, attributed to, and reported on * Track, report, and analyze website analytics and paid campaigns * Write high-converting and concise ad copies * Optimize copy and landing pages for better conversion *Requirements* * 4+ years of experience in marketing and demand generation, preferably for a SaaS business * Excellent knowledge of paid digital marketing channels, including SEM; paid display, video, social media, and retargeting campaigns * Education in marketing or a related field – or equivalent experience * Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition * Proven expertise in planning, executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns aligned with pre-defined customer journeys * Experience creating campaigns with large budgets (e.g., $50-$100k+ monthly budget) * Advanced technical knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant paid media platforms * Experience in building A/B testing plans to improve performance and achieve acquisition goals * Highly proficient in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot CRM, CMS) * Data analysis, web analytics, dashboard creation, and KPI reporting * Strong communication skills, including presenting your work and writing ad copy * Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales and marketing cycle * Well-versed in marketing and user experience (UX) best practices * Enthusiastic, active listener and problem-solver with a growth mindset * Organized and data-driven * Strong time management and task prioritization skills *Nice to have* * Experience working in the real estate industry and/or with real estate agents as the target audience * Email marketing abilities to create complex drip and nurture programs * Experience with ABM * Strong knowledge of SEO and keyword research * Experience creating websites and landing pages optimized for marketing * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints * Certified in Google Ads, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, SEO, HubSpot, Salesforce *Why Work with Us?* As a member of the Top Producer team, you will: * Be part of a tight-knit team of committed individuals (average tenure: 8+ years) * Remote work opportunity * Join a well-established brand that’s been leading the Real Estate CRM market for decades * Benefit from the best of both worlds: the closeness of an 80-person team, with the support of a large organization * Receive support for your ongoing career development, including a tuition reimbursement program * Save commuting time and money with our remote-work environment, and enjoy regular opportunities to connect with coworkers online and (post-COVID) in person We believe that business is serious, and work should be fun.
