Pertemps Education Network Looking for School Improvement – Redbridge at Redbridge, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Hourglass Education are seeking an experienced school leader who has prior experience in a school leadership team for an Interim School Improvement role at a successful secondary school based in Redbridge. The Interim School Improvement role is due to start in September 2023 and initially is for one term until December 2023. Please also note, this interim post is on a part-time basis, but at a minimum of 0.6, which will be agreed with the successful candidate. Interview and teams call will be arranged across the course of August, so please do not delay in applying.

As the School Improvement Advisor you will be required to perform the following duties:

• Have a predominant focus on Teaching and Learning across the school
• Support the principal in having a decisive impact on school improvement
• Provide professional leadership and management of staff to promote high quality teaching
• Champion the visions, ethos and activities of the school
• Contribute to the success of the wider multi-academy trust
• Support the school in the development of systems and processes, ensuring they are well considered and fit for purpose
