Philips Looking for Service Account Manager – Health Systems (GTA, Greater Ottawa Area and Atlantic) at Ontario Full Time

You will demonstrate your strong customer service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and the Philips’ team in order to drive service growth in the GTA, greater Ottawa area and the Atlantic Territories.

Your role:

• Establishing a regular rapport with all stakeholders at prospective and existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction while addressing any concerns.

• Successfully selling into competitive accounts and grows market share within assigned territory

• Effectively providing a coordinated Philips front to the customer.

• Taking on a consultant role in order to guide the customer in strategies in an objective manner, leveraging the entire Philips service offering to provide solutions.

You’re the right fit if:

• 5+ years of industry or sales experience

• Consistent and successful sales track record & results: over quota performance, forecast accuracy, balanced portfolio, and competitive wins

• Demonstrates superior industry knowledge on market trends and products and uses this knowledge to his/her advantage

• Ability to effectively manage assigned territory (Ontario and Atlantic Region)
