We at Phils on 11th Ave have a rare opportunity to join our team.
We are looking for a candidate that wants to grow with us as a brand and who wants to be part of the changing process. The candidate we are looking for must have the ability to lead a small kitchen team, we are looking for some one who is able to handle the small jobs around the kitchen, from ordering sysco products to receiving the orders and putting the orders away. We are looking for some one who can run the window or what we call at Phils the wheel, We need some one who can stay focused as well as being able to lead a team through the thick of things. This position requires patience’s and great communication. of course there is some other areas we need to be focused om, Prepping, preparing for our busy weekends, coming up with new specials, and soups of the day, The hours are great as well we are open from 6am-3pm and yes some of these shifts will include the opening hours which we start at 530am. so being a morning person is a must have.
