Job Description:
As a User Experience Lead at Phreesia, you will play a strategic role in Phreesia’s commitment to creating solutions which meet our users’ needs. You will be a key leader within our UX team, acting as a player-coach to partner with a cross-functional team to craft user-focused solutions across our Payments, Eligibility & Benefits space while also supporting a growing team of designers through collaboration and mentorship.
The right candidate will have an opportunity to advance their design leadership skills while contributing to the ongoing success of Phreesia’s products. In this role you will harness a user-centered approach to collaborate with business partners across Phreesia to ensure your designs are informed by research, technically feasible and align with product & company goals. Your pragmatic designs will impact our product strategy while addressing the needs of our users – both healthcare workers and patients.
You will join a core team of designers that is establishing a design culture within Phreesia. In addition to product work, we enjoy ongoing opportunities to define our design principles, understanding and promoting accessibility and inclusivity within our solutions, building a design system, and maturing our UX process. You will play a key role in each of these exciting activities. Our team of designers will rely on you to bring a sense of collaboration, curiosity, and excitement to this fully remote role. You will contribute to our team’s continual learning by sharing your experiences, passions, and beliefs.
