We are looking for a friendly, dynamic Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our team of health professionals at our growing, waterfront clinic in Owen Sound!

• Strong Customer relations experience and skills essential
• Excellent communication with all age groups
• Efficient multi-tasking abilities
• Experience with scheduling, invoicing and reconciliations on clinic software programs
• Familiar with medical office terminology
• Proven ability to work within a team setting
• Marketing and promotional experience an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience:

• receptionist: 1 year (required)
