Phzio is a remote-first company with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule from our offices in Ottawa. This is a full-time role, covering a maternity leave with the opportunity for an extension at the end of the contract.

We seek a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Work closely with our members to help with bookings, care coordination and incoming inquiries.
• Collaborate with providers, plan sponsors, and patients to address IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide support as needed.
• Maintain and update databases with accurate and current information.
• Manage scheduling activities to ensure optimal coordination of care services.
• Handling insurance claims, general billing and payment processing

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Tech savvy: willing to learn and use the Phzio Telehealth Tools
• A team player: you always bring your A-Game and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities and projects, be flexible and willing to take on additional duties as required by the organization’s changing needs.
