Pinnacle Behavioural Support is searching for experienced and motivated leaders to manage client care within our In-Home and Residential services. Applicants should have a strong foundational knowledge of mental health, trauma-informed approaches, conflict management, and verbal de-escalation techniques.
Three years of related management experience is preferred and strong knowledge of Ministry requirements is required. Applicants must possess a completed degree relevant to the field (Child & Youth Worker, Psychology, Social Work, etc.), valid NVIC, with recent Vulnerable Sector & Child welfare checks.
