Pioneer Family Pools Looking for Accounts Payable Clerk at Burlington, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Pioneer Family Pools is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk! This is a full-time, permanent position based in Burlington. ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.

Flexible Scheduling & Hours- Part-time to full time hours. Start times to vary based our candidate preferences!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Code and post invoices into accounting system for one large vendor.
• Prepare documentation and co-ordinate online payments for one vendor.
• Resolve purchase requisitions, receiving issues, invoices, and payment discrepancies.
• Verify vendor account by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Maintain accounts payable records for retention.
• Spa invoicing and costing (to be trained)
• Assist with month end duties
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong math and data entry skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Great attitude, work ethic, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and proven reading comprehension skills.
