Job Description:
We’re hiring a Construction Site Superintendent to manage on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site activities and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues.
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Prepare and submit daily reports and progress updates.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams.
- Perform hands-on construction work as needed to meet project deadlines and standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Construction Site Superintendent or similar role.
- Has Leadership ability.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
- Has a valid Drivers License, vehicle and insurance.
