Job Description:
This is a bilingual (French / English) quota-driven inside sales position. You will be calling current Sending Technology Solutions customers from a portfolio provided. You will generate, upgrade, and manage the portfolio of our existing account base through outbound calling (some cold calling maybe involved) as well as drive new business by selling our Best-in-Class suite of Hardware and E-Commerce Solutions
As a Senior Client Manager (SCM) you will be a strategic partner to our clients and sales team. You will be assigned a portfolio of existing clients whose lease agreement on their postage meter is either up for expiry or at an opportunity point in their lease where an upgrade/ad-on, cross sell or renewal is appropriate.
The wage range for this position is $17.95 / hour. This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive compensation plan of $35,000 OTI available.
You Will:
Work with Clients addressing questions to identify client needs, then present solutions as appropriate
Work to grow the business including prioritizing retaining and expanding existing Client base
Practice a strong sales aptitude, including urgency to follow-up on leads, use effective selling and techniques to help probe, present and close sales
Articulate the advantages of Pitney Bowes products to Clients
Work with Clients to address and solve issues related to their existing lease agreements
Respond to plausible objections by positioning program benefits, features, and the company’s value proposition
Seek opportunities to grow new business by taking a consultative selling approach and nurturing the prospect through the full portfolio of Pitney Bowes Commerce Services’ Global Ecommerce solutions, and identifying how these products and services align to others business needs
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with other sales departments, marketing, and sales operations teams to maintain in-depth product, industry trend, and market knowledge

You have:
The ability to speak/write French Canadian and English fluently
Proven core sales skills including qualification questioning, assess needs, handling objections and recommending appropriate products and services- Consultative sales skills
Experience initiating outbound sales call, preferably in a B2B, inside sales environment
An understanding of overall world of leasing, finance, credit procedures is an asset
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools i.e., Sales Force, etc. to effectively plan and document sales activities, document customer information, campaign management, account development, pipeline adds and forecasting
A Home office/desk with reliable internet service sufficient to meet the needs of the position. Proven success working remotely or from home is preferred, but not required. All computer equipment and peripherals will be provided
