Role: Financial Guru / Controller, help us get our our
This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller (or finance person). You will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounting records, preparing financial statements, forecasting, developing budgets, and overseeing audits. You love to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial operations, accounting, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as Quickbooks or Xero, and Microsoft Excel
- CPA designation or equivalent is required
- Experience in a creative agency or similar industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
