Health & Safety Coordinator (25% of time) * Be responsible for safety orientation, job site inspections and accident/injury reports * Monitor employees and subcontractors on site to ensure compliance to safety procedures and escalate issues to resolution * Proactively identify and prevent hazardous situations and take necessary measures to correct them * Organize and conduct training programs including but not limited to: WHMIS, Fall Protection, Personal Protection Equipment, CPR/First Aid * Create, maintain, and educate all site staff on maintaining a safety first culture
Customer Experience (35% of time) * Manager in-bound and out-bound calls to clients, seeing all clients through a sales pipeline * Create a positive and differentiated client experience throughout the end to end sales process * Engage with clients to complete online client satisfaction surveys * Acts as primary escalation responsibility for client concerns by proactively assisting in resolving issues with customer service when needed. * Proactively build our brand within our community leveraging new and existing contacts. * Prepare client and proposal documents as requested, specialized tabs for proposals, letters, etc. *
Employee Engagement (20% of time) * Connect with all staff to improve employee engagement * Plan and execute regular employee feedback and review sessions * Coordinate meetings of staff, as requested. * Coordinate travel arrangements.
HR/Administration (20% of time) * Ensure all employee records are accurate * Jointly with the foreman and supervisors complete employee performance review for all field staff * Meet with management to review gaps in staffing levels, post positions and complete interviews of potential new hires. * Manage performance management of * Perform standard administrative functions * Edit and format reports, proposals and other technical documents. * Review Proposals, Standing offer agreement and Draft proposal documents with associated forms, submission, etc. * Compose and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence and reports. * Perform other administrative duties such as data entry, copying, collating, faxing, filing, document retrieval, scheduling coordination of meeting rooms, ordering of lunches for meetings, mailings, information gathering, word processing, transcription and document binding, document scanning. * Provide backup/break coverage for the front office including switchboard/reception and customer service assistance to employees and clients of the office. This includes greeting visitors to the office and handling mail/couriers. * Provide backup support for other admin teams and divisions as necessary.
