The Financial Services Officer will be responsible for processing invoices and payments, identifying and communicating Investment Order and invoice discrepancies, and researching and responding to Investment Order and invoice or payments.

Education and skills:
Leadership, communication, interpersonal, customer and problem-solving Computer skills, including Excel, Word (working with word processing and spreadsheet computer applications); Proven ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with customers, peers, management, contractors and vendors;
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare the preliminary settlement statements (under your supervisor’s guidance);
Timely and accurate process of funds into and out while maintaining
regulatory compliance.
Processing wire requests. Process invest invoices accurately;
Make payments from investors;
Coordinate closing of transaction with applicable parties, such as investor;
Other duties as assigned.

A good understanding of numbers and planning;

Work schedule:
Training period: 30 days. During training: salary rate – $2,500. After training: $2,750 USD/monthly + 550 USD bonuses for monthly plan performance.
