Our locally owned and operated North Edmonton location is currently hiring part time Sales Associates.

What is the Job?

• Building and maintain long-term relationships with our customers by providing an exceptional shopping experience which includes; greeting customers, offering assistance, directing customers to merchandise, product suggestion, providing product information and offering positive opinions
• Process customer sales transactions and accurately following cash handling procedures
• Develop your retail skills and product knowledge by completing company training as required
• Securing Company assets by following all loss prevention policies and procedures
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly store housekeeping duties as required
• Receiving and processing company product accurately and efficiently while upholding the organization of the backroom and display areas
• Assist with merchandising, marketing, and maintaining visual standards
• Working together with all sales associates and the management team to meet and exceed store sales objectives and operational standards
• Participate in contributing to an environment that is positive and friendly for all employees
• Complying with all company and instore policies and procedures

What you Need:

• High energy and enthusiastic team player
• Effective communication and people skills
• Have experience and passion for sports
• Is a team player who knows the importance of going above and beyond
• Working knowledge of computers
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, office, sport turf and use a ladder
