About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Bookkeeping to trial balance, including accounts payable, account reconciliations, and account analysis
- Month-End Reviews and Financial Reporting
- Managing Integration of 3rd Party Apps with QBO
- Preparing payroll
- Preparation of T4, T5, HST, EHT & WSIB
- Preparation of year-end files for accountants
- Drafting correspondence related to client engagements
- Working with a diverse clientele to ensure variety in your role
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a College-level Accounting or Business Diploma or equivalent experience
- Have at least 3 years of Canadian full-cycle bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment
- Be proficient in QuickBooks Online, Dext, Hubdoc, Word, Excel, G-Suite
- Thrive in a tech-savvy environment and be passionate about embracing new technology
