Greeting customers upon arrival at the restaurant
Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience
Providing suggestions for food or drink choices to diners
Taking feedback from diners
Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners
Carrying drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables
Memorizing the food menu and wine list as well as any nightly specials
Setting tables throughout the shift
Doing side jobs during shift
o Looking for Experienced Restaurant Servers to join our team. Candidates must be personable, professional and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
o Excellent guest service skills and ability to upsell a must.

o Must be a team player and be energetic and enthusiastic.
o Bartending experience an asset.
o Must be willing to assist in promoting the business.
o Must be available to work all restaurant operating hours including late evenings and weekends.
o Must possess an exceptional standard of hygiene and be well groomed.
o Must have passion for service excellence.

o Knowledge of P.O.S System
o Comprehensive knowledge of food & beverage to include wines, liquors and beers.
o Good communication skills with a Good working knowledge of written and spoken English.
o Ability to work under periods of extreme pressure.
o Follow all designated opening and closing procedures to ensure areas are secure and energy efficient
o Maintain a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction. Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
o Properly serve the guest food and beverage in a timely, professional manner o Work as a team with coworkers as well as other departments
o Ensure the proper handling and cleaning of all equipment, china, glass, and silver
o Insist on good housekeeping and enforce the “Clean As You Go” policy
o Detect and eliminate, or report for correction, all physical hazards and unsafe conditions immediately by completing a safety work order
o Report deficiencies to the appropriate personnel.
