We are looking for a full-time Sales Administrator to join our team. If this sounds like a position that you would be interested in, please read the job description below.
Responsibilities
The Sales Administrator will be accountable for the following:
Managing weekly administration tasks (on time, on budget & error free)
Supporting the VP of Sales & Strategy in generating reports, building presentations and sales communications
Working with Account Managers by supporting client communication and project management
Working with internal resources in the fulfillment of agency services
Providing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support, auditing, and administration
Support Pod’s phone lines; field incoming sales calls
Supporting the creation and maintenance of departmental standardization
Supporting the development and communication of processes between sales, operations, and finance
Salaried Full-Time Position: $45,000 – $55,000 annually.
Required Experience & Skills
This person needs to be self-directed, resourceful, genuine, and have an abundance of common sense. They are quick-learning, adaptable, and willing to switch processes at a moment’s notice. They must be extremely organized, work efficiently and look for ways to hustle. They present well and communicate very effectively and have no problem
Experience:
Legally able to work in Canada
College Degree – Communications, Arts, Marketing, or Business preferred
Previous work experience in a customer service role
Project management or digital sales experience
Skills:
Strong communication skills; able to adapt communication style to meet the needs of others
Strong organizational skills; you’re the type of person who gets teased for being so organized
Comfortable working with complex personalities
Process-oriented; experience with process-planning is an asset
Follows through on requests and timelines; able to meet deadlines
Comfortable taking initiative in some areas and able to take direction in others
Solution-focused
Cool under pressure
Gets giddy when looking at a completed todo list
This person should have passion above all else. They are a person who wants to grow their career, not just find a job.
