The Role
We’re looking for an organized, detailed and collaborative Recruiting Coordinator. Our Recruiting Coordinators work closely with Recruiters and with Hiring Managers to make sure our interviews are scheduled and our new hires are processed timely and accurately. Our Recruiting Coordinators keep the recruiting train on the track to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Who You’ll Work With
- You will report to the Talent Acquisition leader and will work closely with a team of recruiters to ensure our candidates are moving through the recruiting process expeditiously and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing Day To Day
- Coordinating and scheduling recruiter generated interviews
- Helping with the creation and execution of offer letters
- Processing of background checks
- Onboarding of new employees
- Ad hoc reporting for Finance
- Vendor management, processing of contractors
- Helping to optimize our ATS, (Lever), to make sure we’re working as efficiently as possible
- Participate on HR Projects/ process improvement teams as required
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working as a recruiting coordinator is ideal
- Experience working as a Coordinator in some capacity working with multiple groups
- Project Management experience is preferred
- Experience with Lever, or other ATS, Smartsheet, Success Factors, and NetSuite is preferred, but not required
- The ability to herd cats, (let’s be honest, working with Recruiters and Hiring Managers can feel like herding cats)
