CASINO OPERATIONS MANAGER

Reporting to the Senior Director of Casino, the Casino Operations Manager will lead on the front-end (customer facing) delivery of content, manage content roadmaps and vendor relationships and will become an expert on the various back-office tools used by PointsBet to power our promotional proposition and wider risk management practices. At a broader level, this role will also play an important role in ensuring continuity of casino service including ongoing compliance against regulatory standards and assisting with game performance reporting.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background in casino operations and will be comfortable working in a dynamic fast paced and matrixed environment. To drive the smooth daily running of the casino operation it is expected that this role will work in close partnership with other key business functions, including, customer service, compliance, marketing alongside all third-party content providers.
