3PL Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an organized Warehouse Manager to supervise the receipt, dispatching and storage of merchandise in our warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation and administrative functions. You will oversee, train, evaluate and reward staff.

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
• Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
• Ensure new customers are onboarded quickly and efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory, logistics and customer billing.
• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Assisting with all warehouse duties where required.

Warehouse Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years warehouse management/leadership experience in a E com/3PL environment.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems, procedures, and policies.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Valid drivers’ license and car.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Comfortable communicating in English in both written and verbal forms.
• Strong people skills.
• Available to work extended hours.
• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to work with all levels of company staff and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
