Pool Supplies Canada Looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representative – 2 month Contract at Remote Full Time

SUMMARY:

Pool Supplies Canada is Canada’s largest online swimming pool retailer. Our mission is to provide Canadian customers with an exceptional service experience via knowledgeable and helpful assistance, competitive pricing, and fast shipping.

As a Customer Service Representative at Pool Supplies Canada you will be assisting customers remotely over phone, chat and email. This job requires someone who can communicate respectfully and professionally with customers, co-workers and manufacturers in English and French. You will need to be able to work independently and with your team to communicate effectively and solve customer inquiries. No prior pool knowledge is required, as you will be introduced to each department, but also trained extensively in your own area.

This position runs from April 26 – Jun 30, 2023

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering phone calls
• Answering emails
• Answering live-chats
• Placing Orders, providing product recommendations, initiating returns, warranty claims and handling shipping issues.
• Requesting Customer Reviews
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Assisting other departments when needed
• Effectively communicating with other members of the team when in need of assistance or to help others
• Providing clear, detailed notes of all interactions with customers and manufacturers.
• Staying updated on all product or policy changes.
• Following through on various jobs and responsibilities that are asked of you

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent in French and English with strong written communication skills
• Strong understanding of computers and related skills (including keyboarding, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, outlook)
• No product knowledge required!

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

NOTE: Pool Supplies Canada does not allow vacation or time off during May, June, and July

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Every other weekend 9:00 am – 4:00 pm with alternative days off during the week.
