Location Description Post Consumer Brands Canadian corporate office is in the country’s largest city, yet just a short drive from nature and charming small towns. The Toronto office is home to about 40 sales and marketing professionals focused on Post Consumer Brands international presence in North America and beyond. Responsibilities This individual is responsible for supporting the commercialization process from ideation to post launch evaluation for all new and/or renovation projects for PCB Canada and International. This individual closely works with cross-functional team members both internally (marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, manufacturing) as well as external partners (packaging graphics, co-manufacturers) to provide guidance and transparency to ensure projects are delivered within the specified time, cost, and quality parameters. Responsibilities: Support all Canadian and International projects through the Post Project Management (PPM) process including the initial Canadian stage gate meetings. Organize cross-functional teams designed to execute a broad range of projects for the Canadian and International Team. Primary emphasis will be on leading projects designed to meet the revenue, volume, cost savings, productivity objectives. This would include, but would not be limited to, new product commercialization, special pack bonus programs, mods and shippers, product delists, network moves and carton graphic changes. Lead the design development process and oversee prepress and printing. Upon project approval, play a key role in project meetings with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within time and scope. Set-up the team meetings; create, manage and update the timeline for assigned projects; publish the meeting notes and follow-ups to the team and key stakeholders. Oversee and takes ownership of all Work Order inputs for all Canadian and International led projects. Manages all necessary forms required so all information systems can be properly set up to produce, ship, sell and invoice our products. Oversee the procurement of corrugate print plates for assigned projects for both new & revised corrugate. Manages the product commercialization tracker for Canada & International. Provide day to day support for the PCB Masterdata team ensuring all information is up to date and any updates are communicated to 3PL Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is preferred in the areas of Accounting/Finance, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, Food Science, Operations 3-5 years of experience in a consumer products environment is preferred Minimum of 3 years of project management experience Demonstrated competency in the areas of: Motivating Others, Peer Relationships, Time Management, and Drive for Results Working knowledge of Sharepoint, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
