We are currently seeking applicants for a Clinic Manager position to assist our client. We welcome you to submit your application, if you are interested.
The ideal candidate will be able:
- To speak and write English fluently.
- They will have some experience in a clinic environment whether as a previous manager or an MOA.
- Knowledge in both QuickBooks and Accuro is ideal.
- Can remain calm under pressure and during times of emergency.
- Thinks outside the box and can offer solutions instead of problems.
Duties:
- Will include doing schedules for staff and practitioners.
- Payroll for staff and doctors, some accounts receivable and payables using QuickBooks.
- Helping with interviews and will do HR duties.
- Offer MOA support during staff holidays and absences.
- Will do supply orders and may be called upon to find ways to save money on supplies.
- There is a myriad of other duties and tasks you will be called on to do as needed.
