Summary of Position:
Responsible for monitoring and scheduling appointments in relation to inbound/outbound shipments. Data entry; obtaining and processing documents. Working with company software to streamline procedures and build databases.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Booking appointments through vendor portals for outbound freight shipments.
· More specifically, managing the full process for all deliveries to Amazon facilities.
· Receiving, editing, confirming Purchase Orders. Adhering to delivery windows and working within them to fulfill Purchase Orders in timely fashion.
· Building Amazon specific documentation required; Bill of Lading, Carrier Labels, Pallet tags.
· Delegating labor and organizing freight.
· Updating Redbull logbook to track Purchase Orders and provide transparency for sales data and projection purposes.
· Uploading documentation for internal database in case of chargebacks, fines, fees.
· Organize scheduling within the company to have outbound freight shipments fulfilled.
· Facilitating vendor requests within the operational guidelines supported.
· Procuring Bill of Ladings, Proof of Deliveries, Invoices and documentation required.
· Data Entry; ensuring documentation is managed and uploaded into company software.
· Coalition of company resources, working with team members to align on having outbound shipments properly scheduled, prepared and shipped in accordance with internal procedure.
· Customer service; working with vendors to adapt to changes needed. Building new procedures based on requests.
· Scheduling meetings internally and externally to gauge status quo and communicate with team members on process updates, requirements and essentials needed to maintain successful operations.
· Updating track logs, organizing spreadsheets. Building computational procedures.
· Willingness and expectation to learn & grow within role, taking on responsibilities when deemed appropriate by the Operations Manager.
