Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced business development manager to add to our sales and estimating team. Our company supplies and installs Pre-Engineered steel buildings.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Making connections with new clients
- Maintaining relationships with current clients
- Review RFP’s
- Estimate all items within our scope
- Prepare proposals for submission
- Work with the sales and estimating team
- Support Project Managers for the duration of project
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications Required:
- 10-15 years’ experience in commercial and/or industrial construction
- Relevant construction and sales education
- Experience in Pre-Engineered steel buildings is an asset but not a requirement
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Competent computer skills (Excel, Word and Microsoft Project)
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
