Pacific Programming and Tech Inc. is a computer software development firm based out of Montreal, QC. We currently offer a unique hybrid-work environment which includes remote work from home and in-office days(s) for collaborative work. Looking for a quality assurance engineer in the field of manual testing.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Implementation of test plans and documentation, completion of operating instructions for product testing at an enterprise level.
- Ensure functionality meets requirements.
- Identify and write up bugs using clear reproduction steps.
- Run test suites against new functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall product quality and reliability.
- Work closely with the development team.
- Support our products against reported problems in an appropriate way.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working with WordPress.
- Experience designing and writing test cases.
- 2+ years in a Quality Assurance role is ideal.
- Experience working in a continuous integration and development environment.
Good to Have
- Experience working with Automation Test.
- Experience working API tests.
- Database/SQL knowledge.
- Experience in code/scripting language such as Python
