About The Role Practice Plus Group are seeking a Fleet and Driving Standards Manager for our South West IUC (Integrated Urgent Care) service.
The successful candidate will hold a full clean UK driving licence with a manual transmission category. Someone with a first line manager qualification and an Advanced Driving qualification or equivalent will have and advantage in being successful in this role.
In this role you will, combine the oversight of the high standards of driving expected of workers and the management of the Integrated Urgent Care visiting cars fleet ensuring that it is always available to ensure that our services to patients at home are maintained.
You will work with relevant internal teams at all levels and external suppliers and agents for the purpose of establishing a fleet procurement, receiving, equipping, oversight of maintaining & repairing, legal compliance of both vehicle and drivers.
You will have the responsibility and accountability to the senior leadership team on all matters related to the fleet and drivers, which includes ensuring compliance with all fines and notices related to driving matters.
This role can be worked from any of our existing sites across the UK. You will be required to be based at an existing company site, work flexibly at times when there is higher demand on the lease arrangement.
This will be a Part time, permanent role working 3 days a week (22.5 hours per week) with travel to other regional sites when required.
