We are looking for a Full time or Part time experienced, well presented Medical Office Assistant to present a great first impression to patients & assist our doctors with patient care. A Candidate must be reliable, friendly, ambitious & multitasking.
Minimum 1 year of Accuro EMR experience is a must. Hourly wage may differ according to experience.
Daily duties may include but are not limited to the following:
– Greeting incoming patients in a friendly manner,
– Answering phones, booking appointments & followups,
– Assisting with procedures, examinations, cleaning.
– Faxing, scanning, importing files, checking emails and other duties as needed.
– Ensuring exam rooms are always clean and fully stocked
Schedule Hours are Monday to Friday. We are closed on Sundays and all Statutory Holidays.
