Job Summary:
Precise Parklink’s Construction and Maintenance division is looking for a qualified and experienced individual who is eager to be a great addition to a hard-working team.
Reporting directly to their Foreman, this individual will be responsible for carrying out all tasks assigned to him/her. Ensuring work quality and efficiency is satisfactory.
The ideal candidate is required to have advanced knowledge in construction labour.

Employment: Full time
Hours: 7AM-5PM / On call work may be needed
Compensation: $40/Hourly plus Benefits.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Full knowledge in layout, excavation, preparing grades, forming, placing and finishing concrete.
- Ability to level & finish sidewalk (or pads)
- Familiar background in hands on work such as, lifting, painting, framing and concrete.
- Drivers’ licence is necessary
- General labor experience helpful (Concrete, Roofing, Landscaping, Construction, etc. Restraint)
- Ability to finish curb, including facing curb and levelling gutters
- Float, darby and rake concrete well
- Operate power tools such as quick cut, power trowel, laser and other concrete related tools
Mandatory Attributes:
- Able to lift heavy loads up to 50kg
- Able to be stand/bend/stretch for long periods of time
- You are comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment
- Full knowledge in layout, excavation, preparing grades, forming, placing, and finishing concrete.
- Mature, credible, reliable, tolerant, and determined
- Ability to multitask effectively and stay positive and professional under high-pressure fast-paced environments
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethics
Job Responsibilities / Duties:
- Assist with demolition, cleaning, and organization of sites
- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to the work area
- Level & finish sidewalk (or pads)
- Finish curb, including facing curb and levelling gutter
- Setting up line and grade
- Float, Darby and rake concrete well
- Form concrete stairs
- Build retaining walls
- Erect and dismantle concrete forming systems such as camlocks, burke clamps, and modular form
- Other work that relates to concrete forming
