Duties & Responsibilities:
· Provide courteous and professional guest services
· Utilize instinctive selling techniques and company sales programs to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
· Maintain order and cleanliness at the front desk
· Handle guest accounts
· Assist guests on arrival, departure, and during their stay
· Operate the telephone console
· Process reservation and cancellation requests
· Perform other duties as directed by the General Manager and/or their delegate
Experience needed: min 2 years of customer service experience
High School
Excellent English
