• Detect, diagnose, and repair the company’s CVOR licensed fleet with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret operating manuals and service specifications.
• Perform preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.
• Complete work orders accurately and maintain detailed records of maintenance work.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults or malfunctions.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Work safely and report any unsafe conditions or equipment to the shop manager.
• Report dangerous parts, equipment, or tools and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Supervise and instruct 310T Apprentices, overseeing their performance and progress.
• Valid 310T Mechanic or 310S Automotive Service Technician license
• Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License
• Clean Driver’s Abstract (company will pay if you don’t have one)
• Previous experience with a valid 310T license
• Strong oral and written communication skills
