“The Administrative Assistant III provides highly skilled administrative support. Performs complex and technical activities. Works with individuals at all levels of the company, as well as external organizations and Customers. Handles confidential materials. Facilitates management details and serves as an intermediary to relieve executive/manager of administrative responsibilities and details. Coordinates and executes routine and non-routine administrative tasks
Collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex data and information, producing reports to be used by manager or department professionals
May conduct record keeping that requires a general knowledge of accounting and budgeting procedures
May monitor performance of budget, reviewing variances with manager
May provide direct assistance and support in staff activities
Coordinates, executes and completes a variety of special projects and administrative assignments through planning, development, organization, analysis and implementation
Provides administrative project support, using various software packages to produce high quality reports, presentations, and/or other documents Skills: ? Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage one?s time. ? Ability to keep information organized and confidential. ? Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. ? Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Education/Experience: ? High school diploma or GED required. ? 5-7 years experience required. ?
